Valley imagery is a photography business based in the Southern area of the Barossa Valley and is operated by Simon and Jane Slattery. Simon is an enthusiastic and experienced photographer who is keen to promote the diversity of the Barossa Valley and surrounding area’s. His enthusiasm combined with the curiosity to explore the quiet areas of the Barossa have led to a unique photography portfolio centred around the southern Barossa Valley.
I experienced a very diverse childhood which took me to many places throughout country Australia, As a young adult I further expanded my love of the Australian landscape and took many photo’s to preserve these irreplaceable memories.
Simon is a locally and internationally awarded photographer with a wide range of photographic skills and experience. Whilst his passion lies in landscape he strives to show the interaction between nature and people. Simon has experience in shooting Sport, Portrait, Concerts, Weddings and Landscapes where he was acknowledged with a commendation by the World Photography Organisation in 2014. Simon’s image was selected in the top 50 panorama’s and was on display in London’s somerset house. It is an honour to know that my images are on walls all over the world and will be appreciated for a very long time.

My photographic experience draws on a desire to capture amazing scenes that we are lucky enough to witness. I strive to capture interesting images and provide accurate and dramatic photographs that capture the viewers attention. By seeking out dramatic scenes I endeavour to showcase the beauty of our environment.
